At 12:30 a.m on Saturday night temp was 20 degrees outside, my furnace quit working. I went down the list Google brought up, A-1 was 4th, and the only company that could or would come before 7:30 a.m. Aaron, was there in 20 minutes like he said, and honored as well that he would only charge me the service call fee, if it was a quick fix, like he suspected by my description over the phone. I think they live up to their name A -1!!
First appointment was a no show. Second appointment was a month later., one hour late. Forgot his drill, so I loaned him one. Third appointment a month later to fix spotty work, showed up on time and attempted to charge another 200 dollars., I made him pick up his trash from last month and told him to get out of my house. Very unprofessional.
A1 Heating and Air has been absolutely top notch for years. Every technician I’ve worked with—Mark, Aaron, Thomas, and Hunter—has been professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely great to work with. They show up on time, explain everything clearly, and always make sure the job is done right. I’ve consistently received reliable, high-quality service and peace of mind knowing my system is in good hands. I wouldn’t hesitate to have them back out again and will continue to recommend A1 Heating and Air to friends and family throughout Northern Colorado.
