I had a screen replaced there and a year later it quit working. when I took my phone back, and with no receipt, they fixed it under warranty for free. They could have charged me, but the did the honest thing which is rare these days. Justin, the guy who was honest and fixed my phone was super helpful and earned this place a loyal customer! Go here, they will do you right... hands down!
Communication is key - I brought my wife’s phone here on Monday to fix a camera glass. They told me the part would be here by Tuesday. When I finally showed up they said actually it’ll be Wednesday morning. No problem. I can wait a day. They said they’ll contact me or my wife when it comes in. They had both numbers. Here’s where things start to go downhill. They never contacted us. They likely wouldn’t have had my wife not just shown up there after getting out 3 kids from school. That’s when she learned that the part came in that morning! Very frustrating because it likely would’ve been fixed hours prior. She is told that by 6pm it should be fixed. So I show up at 6 and they haven’t even STARTED on it. Guy tells us he’s been backed up with people coming in today. So basically he prioritized them over the person who has been waiting already. Now I’m getting heated. He tells me that it’ll be done by 7pm. It’s now 7:15pm past closing time and I’m still here writing this review. Had they contacted us this morning this all would’ve been avoided. Or just tell me “Hey we’re backed up. We won’t be able to start on this til the next day.” That’d be fine. I’m not that impatient. Instead we’ve made 4 trips here and it’s still not completed. Not only did my wife miss her work call, but now she’s having to put the two toddlers and one baby down to bed alone while I sit here waiting for the delayed promises to be fulfilled and missing time with my family. NOT COOL. Just a simple update could’ve prevented all of this. Instead I was hit with excuses about how busy it’s been there. AND THE WORST PART: There at no point was EVER an apology made out to either of us. It was just defensive excuses. So my advice to future customers is fix it yourself or prepare your heart for delays and excuses.
