5 Star Custom Upholstery is VERY appropriately named. This business is TOPS from start to finish. I had an excellent experience with them. They re-upholstered a daybed for me and did a beautiful job. I am absolutely delighted and impressed by the craftsmanship. And on top of it, the turn around time for such high quality work, was very fast. They have zillions of fabric choice samples and books in their show room … including a very broad selection in all price ranges, colors, textures and fabric grade. I went to the show room MANY, MANY times, and likely more than is normal, trying to make a decision. They were always patient and a pleasure to deal with. I can have a very hard time making a decision but they never showed any frustration and were always happy to call and check prices and availability for me. I also felt like their labor charges were extremely fair for the exceptional quality of the work. And the fact that they will pick up AND drop off, at a very fair price, is also a bonus. If you are looking for the best place to re-upholster your furniture you can stop searching, after reading this review. You will not find better in the Atlanta area, from customer service to craftsmanship and fair pricing this business is THE BEST. They have found a customer for life in me and I will be recommending 5 Star Custom Upholstery to anyone who needs this type of service, now and in the future.

From our first communication which consisted of color swatches and taking measurements, to the completed restaurant booths being delivered, it was a phenomenal experience.
