I left a message late at night. Talia called me at 8 am. She was professional and personable. Got me scheduled for same day, 8-10 slot. At 8:15 Vladimir called, on his way. He was professional, knowledgeable, expert and so courteous. Walked me through everything. Gave me a very reasonable quote, went to work, and was done at 9:45, and all cleaned up. I won't be using anyone else.
David came out the same day, communicating before coming out and arrived at the promised time. Upon arriving he was polite informative and professional. The problem was corrected in less then an hour and the price was more then fair. It is hard to find honest people in any business, so you can consider us a new life long customer. Thank you David and thank you five star repair. 🙏
James was great! He identified the issue with our fridge right away (evaporative fan broke), went to grab the replacement, and had us up and running within a few hours, total. We were easily able to get a next morning appointment, so it was as good an experience as you can have when your fridge stops working. Thank you so much!
Great experience! Vladimir, the service technician who arrived for the call, was excellent. Called before arrival, was polite and very knowledgeable. Most importantly, the honesty shown in communicating the issue with the dryer helped us determine that repair was likely going to be more expensive than it was potentially worth. We may not have ultimately needed a repair today, but the honestly and professionalism shown has ensured that we will always use 5 Star for appliance repair from now on.
