These before, during and after pictures of my project do not adequately show how happy I am with 412 Masonry. Every part of this process exceeded my expectations. From first site visit, bid, scheduling, demolition, installation and clean up; everything was handled expertly. Frank and his team are very professional, courteous and highly skilled. I will not hesitate to call them again for any masonry needs.
412 Masonry & Restoration were great! 5 stars. They rebuilt a chimney, some decorative brickwork, and repointed a large section of my house. The pricing was fair and the customer service was fantastic. They always answer the phone and are super helpful. If you need brickwork done, I highly recommend. Will be using them to repoint the rest of my house in the next year or so
Frank Abate and the 412 team are terrific. First and foremost, they deliver exactly what they promise. Frank came to the house and analyzed the property for the deficiencies. I had it in my mind that all I needed was porch work. He took pictures of my property and showed where my windows and other areas needed work. He provided an estimate and I gave him an indication that I was doing other work like installing a new roof so I wouldn't want this project done until later. He was very cooperative and assured me that he would do the job when ready. Masonry is a lost art so getting on his schedule there was some delay. But once he started the work, it was completed in 48 hours and it is beautiful. Having an older home requires maintenance and I look for service which provides quality and value for my money. 412 Masonry delivers all that and some. Thanks Frank and 412 team.
Did a great job! Had 4 lintels replaced. Had a great deal of difficulty with other contractors not wanting to do the job. 412 masonry returned all my phone calls in a great amount of time answered all my questions. They were clean and organized. The contractors who came were very friendly and explained everything good.
Frank and team were great to work with from quote to delivery. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail was phenomenal! I would not hesitate to hire Frank and the 412 team for any masonry projects in the future.
