Adequate work quality, but extremely poor project management and professionalism I hired this company in July 2025 for bathroom plumbing work with a rough-in inspection. Their quote was competitive with other contractors I received estimates from - this was not a budget option. The work was not fully completed and inspected until February 2026 - over 7 months for what should have been a 1 month project. Communication and project management issues: In August 2025, I called the county about an unrelated matter and discovered the rough-in inspection had never been scheduled or completed. Only then was it scheduled for August 6th The contractor requested my door code for the August 6th inspection but never showed up to provide access to the inspector, nor did they provide the inspector with the code. The inspection failed due to no access I was never notified of this failure despite being the property owner The county sent three separate failure notices to the contractor over the following months. None were communicated to me In February 2026, I called the county again about something unrelated and discovered the August inspection had failed and remained uncompleted for 6+ months When I proceeded to finish the bathroom based on reasonable assumption the inspection had passed (given months of silence), the contractor attempted to make me responsible for any drywall repairs needed for the delayed inspection Constant follow-up was required to get basic tasks completed, including reconnecting outdoor spigots that were disconnected during their work Professionalism concerns: Left construction debris and trash scattered around the property consistently rather than cleaning up daily Multiple neighbors complained about loud and unprofessional behavior Found a bottle of urine left in the yard Caused $400 in siding damage during work (appears to have been credited) What they did right: The plumbing work itself appears to be functional and passed county inspection When pushed, they did eventually complete tasks and make things right Final product works as intended Bottom line: If you hire them, expect to manage every aspect of the project yourself, including discovering through your own initiative when required inspections haven't been completed. The technical plumbing work is adequate, but you will spend significant time and energy on follow-up, oversight, and pushing for basic professional standards. I got 3 bids and they were the highest, but I went with them due to a past experience for toilet that was positive. Would not hire again despite acceptable final product.
