Fantastic service! Travis did a really great job with both of our aging gas fireplaces. He is very knowledgeable, skilled and efficient. He is also a pleasure to speak with. He was on time and left the hearths looking spotless when he was done. Our units are nearing the end of their lifespan, but he was able to get them cleaned and working. He even gave us plenty of tips on how to keep them going for a few more years. I rarely post reviews online, but Travis did such a great job that I am writing this to enthusiastically recommend Zoom-Fix for your gas fireplace needs.

Travis was not only on-time, but early - calling ahead to make sure I was home. He was professional, did a great job, understood my problems and fixed them, adding a complete cleaning and dress-up to the firebox along the way. Highly recommend Zoom-Fix and Travis!

Awesome! Travis @ Zoom Fix helped answer my questions about buying a used Heat & Glo fireplace off FB marketplace 6 months ago. Travis was even recommended by another fireplace business in Sioux Falls because of how much he knows. He serviced my two fireplaces today, replaced the broken fan on the Kingsman fireplace that came with the home, corrected the log placement from another fireplace installer, checked the vents, cleaned all the glass, gave me updates on the wear & tear, and made sure I knew how both units functioned. He's always in demand, so you know he's good. 10/10.
