Zoom Drain KC

Zoom Drain was outstanding to work with. They were prompt, professional, and provided a clear, competitive quote very quickly. Their team communicated well and got the job done efficiently. They were able to repair a broken sewer line without digging up the entire line or requiring new concrete to be poured — which saved my client a significant amount of money and hassle. Most importantly, their quick turnaround allowed us to stay on schedule and close on time. Highly recommend Zoom Drain for anyone needing sewer or drain repairs.

First of all, your customer service is the best I have experienced in our current culture for a long time. Your quick excellent reply, excellent personality and experienced technicians! They explain all the details in an easy way to understand! I have never had a company send a text - with a photo of the technician and give a background history of the technician! It was a mind blowing experience! Keep up the Excellent customer service and work! Thank you so very much! I will highly recommend you!

I'm a new customer and have nothing but accolades to say about my first phone call and conversation as well as Frank the technician who came out promptly and observed the trouble with our septic tank and confirmed with a camera that the tank needed to be pumped before any further work on the clog. Very professional and patient explaining what could and should be done. Pleasant to converse with. I'm very pleased and looking forward to the crew to show up ASAP for the pumping.
