If you get Zito, get the fiber. The cable internet disconnects a lot! The maintenance told me they recently bought up old cable infrastructure, so that's why it's so bad. The internet for cable and fiber are both okay, but the cable disconnects OFTEN. The fiber so far has had no problems, and is actually cheaper than the cable. So get the fiber if you must get Zito and it's available at your location. Can't give full stars because the cable internet experience was truly horrendous, but deserves some stars for the fact it works flawlessly when I switched to their fiber.

Things they don’t tell you when you sign up. After the promotion is over of 6 months. The lowest service without a modem rental is $61.63. So your bill will double once promotion is over. You cannot renew that promo even though I was told by 2 different people on call that it was renewable at the time of starting service . Next best thing is to upsell you their 200mb service with another 6 month promo at around $40. 8 days now without internet and no ETA. Don’t ever get this if you work from home .

The arrogance and imprudence reach a limit, but the lady who looks after the staff of average zito, can not be worse. The customer service the worst., The technician who went to the house made me a disaster to such an extent. point that I went to disconnect my service which lasted 17 hours and in no time I had internet ,,, call customer service is the biggest waste of time in the universe and there you are served., for God that disaster of company and bad all of plis and everyone who sees this comment choose any other but that would avoid a great waste of time, workers and organizers only the largest lightning bolt falls on their antennae... My bill doubled with no warning. When I called they kept repeating my promotion had ended. I have been with this company almost 13 years. I didn't change anything. They admitted it was their fault. The people were very unhelpful that I reached out to via the 1800 number and computer chat. To top it off I've lost service more in the last few months than ever before. Im not paying for a service that isn't reliable and continuing business with the customer service I received. I'll pay a different company that won't treat me like that.
