Horrible customer service and extremely high charges . I had to have a lid lock replaced. On my washer They charged $95 /1/2 hour . The first visit he was there not even 15 min on 8/26 the back of the washer was already off so he didn’t have to dismantle anything and he told me he would have to order the part and would not be able to come until 9/2. He came at 9/2 and assembled the part and put the lid back on and left - was there no longer than 15 mins . I get a bill on 9/12 for a service call of $147 and the part was $115. A total of $280 he claimed he was there 56 min and they have a time clock in the vehicle . I was basically called a lia... Horrible customer service and extremely high charges . I was basically called a liar when told how long the service guy was here and argued the fact when the service guy punches in and out . I couldn’t talk without being talked over and I also was told they would do me a favor by taking $22 off the bill and after I told them I would pay in two weeks they won’t charge me a late fee so that was another favor. Horrible customer service and overly priced for such a minor issue! I could have bought a new washer almost!!
