Zion Pro’s was great to work with from start to finish. I had a garage that was having a lot of water issues. They walked me through my options and explained everything in detail. When the guys started the work, they were great about keeping me updated on progress. They also did a nice job cleaning up after themselves.
JG’s Projects was excellent to work with, very timely and efficient. They were able to correct the issues in the basement at a reasonable price. Customer service is a value they take seriously. Don’t hesitate to give them a call!

We used Zion pro 5 years ago to waterproof our basement. We had the best service! They had to return a few times to touch up places that didn’t get fully fixed the first time around. They communicated well and were happy to correct any issues. Unfortunately that has been the furthest from our experience this time. We decided to waterproof our attached garage (basement) in June. It has continued to leak in many spots. My husband and myself have attempted to reach John numerous times most of which have gone without response. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend this company to someone who prioritizes honesty, integrity, and quality. ***edited to add: I have reached out 5x over the last 2 weeks. I’ve had 3 answered calls and have been promised each time someone would call me back the same day. I have still not had a returned call. I’m really not sure why this has been so impossible to resolve. Our previous basement water proofing required “touch ups” and it never felt like an inconvenience and was scheduled promptly.
They replaced about 80% of my foundation and installed 12 adjustable jacks to be adjusted as the house resettled. This was done about 6 years ago and since they completed the project have not returned any calls to come back and adjust the jacks!! Very very disappointed I chose them for my foundation repair.
