They arrived within the time frame they provided and even allowed me to reschedule the repair at the last minute without any issues. However, it wasn’t made clear—either during our initial call or when scheduling—that there would be a fee for the visit. I was surprised to learn about the $80 consultation fee after the inspection, especially since the diagnosis was simply a clogged vent. While Saif was informative, I believe future customers should be fully aware of any fees upfront when booking an appointment.
