Matthew at the Orchard Center in Colorado, was awesome. He helped us get the receipt from AT&T. Then he was quick to clean and put the new one on there. He showed us where the glass had been cracked. Not just the glass cover. He was very helpful and friendly.
I recently had a great experience with Landon at the ZAGG store in Orchard Town Center. The screen protector on my Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra had cracked, and I was concerned my actual phone screen might also be damaged. Landon carefully inspected the phone and confirmed it was only the screen protector. He replaced it under the warranty, clearly explained the replacement fee, and made sure everything looked perfect before I left. He was professional, courteous, and very thorough throughout the whole process. While I was there, we also talked about screen protectors for my Samsung tablet and my Galaxy Watch. I had accidentally ordered the wrong... I recently had a great experience with Landon at the ZAGG store in Orchard Town Center. Love the great customer service we always receive! Products are guaranteed and have never had an issue if needing a replacement. The quality products, service and product guarantees always offset paying a higher price than buying cheap products on Amazon! We recommend them to all of our friends and family!
I called ahead to ensue the store had what I needed and spoke with Claire. I was so grateful for her knowledge of the products and of course her wonderful customer service. When I arrived at the store, Claire was friendly and the service was lightning fast. She was a delight to do business with and I thank Zagg for noticing her exceptional abilities and having her as an employee! Customer service at it's best 👌
