I always have the best experience at ZAGG Natick! Danny is always so nice and he does a great job replacing my screen protector and cleaning my phone when buttons don’t work. He’s the best! If you haven’t been to ZAGG yet, you really need to try it out. And their newer location in the Sherwood Plaza instead of the mall makes a quick stop in so much more convenient.
Went in today right before work with a broken screen protector, I was running late but bits were coming out so I thought I’d have to call in but Danny took my broken one off and put the new one in in less 2 minutes! He was super friendly and made this fix as quick and easy as possible.
We went to Verizon to get our cracked screen protectors replaced and they sent us down the street to Zaggs to take advantage of the screen protector warranty. We were in and out of Zaggs in under 10 mins! It was a great experience!! My phone case was actually cracked and we were able to buy a new one there and receive a credit for my damaged one. Danny was great!!! Awesome customer service!! Highly recommend!!
Had a terrific experience at this Zagg location! The process was so easy and efficient. They had everything I needed, and Danny did a perfect job with the installation. He was very helpful, clearly explained all the screen protector options, and was very patient while I selected a case. I’m extremely satisfied! 😊
Danny is always a pleasure to work with. Everything is easy & quick. I always forget what a great selection of phone cases are there, too. You can look around and ask any questions without any type of upselling pressure (which makes me more likely to purchase from him!).
