Working with Your Neighborhood Roofer, and with Michael in particular, was as painless as having a roof replaced could possibly be. Michael inspected our roof and worked with our insurance company to get it replaced through insurance. Michael is EXCELLENT at communicating throughout the process, letting us know of any delays and responding quickly to our questions. I'm so grateful to have worked with this roofer and we're loving our new roof!
Mitchell was amazing. He came over and did a very thorough assessment. He found damage on the garage door, gutters and roof. He showed up promptly when the insurance adjuster came out. After I sent him their assessment he immediately caught something they forgot to add that he did point out. We got that corrected. He said he would come out again even if it got appealed three times. He acts as your attorney in a way. He gave us multiple options. We have State Farm and they are supposed to be one of the toughest but he was able to get us the support we needed to get the claim approved. Your Neighborhood Roofer did a great job installing our roof. It would have been a 1 day job but rain kept them from starting on time. They also cleaned up extremely well afterwards. Jason and his team made the process seamless and I would definitely recommend them. I already have!
