Tony is awesome. My laptop wouldn't charge, and I was about to buy a new one. Within literally 30 seconds, he identified the problem and found a solution. I give him my highest recommendation.

Went in for a quick scan of my power supply since I was having some issues with my computer crashing. While the initial scan had the PSU looking ok I talked through my issues and they confirmed it was my PSU and not my graphics card which I was worried it may be. Replaced the PSU and it works like a gem!

Saved my PC! Tony is a genius problem solver. I did a custom PC build in April and was experiencing crashes whenever I ran a specific 3D software. I had taken my computer to 3 other repair people who all told me I needed to replace parts and when I did that and it still was crashing, I was frustrated and stumped. Thankfully my girlfriend, (feeling sorry for my months of crashes) looked online and found YY Computers. Technician there is very knowledgeable and patient. I went there today with laptop problems. Even though I ended up not paying for any repairs because of the age and multiple software and hardware problems of my computer and thus I’d better just get a new laptop, the technician at the counter was very knowledgeable and patient, and generously answered all my questions and gave me advise when I sought. I feel this is a reliable, calm and successful place. I will come back if I have computer problems in the future. And there are ample parking spaces outside the shop.
