My email account had been hacked, and I no longer had access. This was disturbing, and I felt like I no longer had control over my messages. They were able to fix the problem and set up new security protocols, without having to uninstall and reinstall my email app. This was well worth the minimum fee.
Windows 10 corrupted and crashed 2 days before Christmas. Xpress Computer Solutions came to my house on the 26th, had my computer for 4 days, ensured all hardware was functioning, reinstalled Windows, recovered files, and delivered it back to me on New Year's eve. I was up to date on the progress daily and got my computer back good as ever. I highly recommend XCS! FYI, every time I called, they didn't answer right away, but always called back within 5 minutes. Don't think they're not answering if they don't pick up!
