I had driven up from the Bay Area to Old Sacramento and while on the road I discovered I had a slow leak in one of the tires. In a bit of a panic since I was short on time, I Googled and found this shop with excellent reviews and dropped in.
Had a great experience. They were courteous, efficient and quick in investigating the problem - turned out to be not a straightforward puncture but a leak in the sensor area. They got on the task immediately and fixed the issue in 15 minutes flat to get me on my way. All along as they...Xtremely good service ! Would give 7* if I could. Highly recommend them whether you are a local or out of towner like me.

In the end, the cost also seemed exceptionally cheap for the work they did.

Got a flat tire on my way to work and just by luck pulled into X Tired and services and so thankful I did! They quickly got my tires fixed and back on my way to work super fast and at a very reasonable price!!! Highly recommended, very helpful and kind staff.

A very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Called about a tire quote and was given one price from an employee. Then another employee took the phone and said that information was incorrect and the price would be higher. They also said the alignment was free anymore, that was a promotion done by the old owner and they just took over. I needed the tires and coordinated with the vehicle drop off. When I went to pick it up, they put the wrong tires on there even though the ones I want were confirmed multiple times. They still tried to charge me the higher price though. Called them out, Mo blamed their supplier and then tried to give a low...A very unpleasant experience from start to finish. Called about a tire quote and was given one price from an employee. My last surprise from them was the next day when I was doing my brake job. They over tensioned the lug studs so much that I couldn't get them off with my hand or power tools and had to take it to a different shop to have them pull the studs out. So much wasted time and energy, I'd give zero stars if that was an option.
