We had a commercial slider and two commercial double pane plate glass windows replaced. One of them I didn’t even notice, but Brad spotted it. Thank you. Got the job done with no damages. Very careful. This is no small thing because it has not been my experience. It is very rare for a contractor to come in and not bust up something. Even better, it looked like nothing ever happened, unless you count the fact that the window they installed was cleaner than the rest of them. You really couldn’t tell. Glass matched others perfectly. And I am picky. Ask my husband. All the trim and gaskets and everything look like nothing ever happened. This is t... Owner, Brad is very unprofessional. Upon installation of my shower door I noticed a chip in the glass. Brad stated that his glass manufacturer produces glass with imperfections on them and that he would not be able to switch this glass door out with a new one unless I purchased another door. I asked for the manufacturers phone number so I could call them and let them know this door was unacceptable. Brad would not give me a phone number to call the manufacturer myself. He told me that glass is never perfect and I should just not look at this chip because it was not noticeable. He then commented on who would pay him for the time and trav... After two business days of waiting for Brad to inform me on the status of a shower door I reached out to Brad. He let me know that he would swap out my door. That was great, that is what should have been the outcome of a customer who spent $1750 on a shower door. A customer should not be expected to keep a damaged door. I thought everything would be fine after all of this craziness and we could move on. Unfortunately, when Brad came to swap out the shower door yesterday he was so rude to me. He did not speak to me. He left doors open in my house. He did not trim the edges of the gaskets on the hinges. He put up the door and left. His employee did trim a large piece of gasket off one hinge when I pointed it out to him, but I had to finish off this job once they left. It was very unprofessional and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I did shop around for prices and prices were comparable. I actually spent $30 more than another company quoted me because I wanted to support a small business owner. This company lacks integrity and I wish I did not use Wyomissing glass for my project..
