I have my iPhone 13 Pro Max with a broken camera, broken back glass and a broken charging port always fixed for under 250 and I'm super grateful and happy with the finished product. These guys are exceptional and they'll handle you accordingly.
One of the worst, most time-wasting mobile repair shops. Please avoid! I went to WYE at Springfield Mall to fix my device, and it turned into a total scam experience. They took my device, charged me, and told me to come back the next day. When I returned, not only was my device not fixed, but they tried to add extra problems and claimed more parts needed to be replaced. They did not finish the repair at the time they promised, and I ended up getting my device back without it being fixed at all. Save yourself the headache and stay away from this place. When I asked him to fix it, I told him I didn’t have much time because I had to go back to work. He promised he would fix it in 30–60 minutes, but later he changed his words. He was on the phone with someone, and when he came back, he suddenly told me he would charge more because it has a screen issue, not just a charging issue without even opening or checking my iPad. Please don’t lie in your response. I took my iPad to another shop, and it turned out to be only a charging issue. They fixed it for $60. You were charging me $80 just for the charging problem, and then trying to charge even more for a screen issue that didn’t exist.
I was referred to WYE phone repairs by a friend a couple months ago. I had broken my new phone screen on the first day of use and was devastated! My camera and touchscreen were both completely disabled. The Tmoble store told me I needed a whole new phone. Kawser who is the technician at the stand here fixed my phone screen very fast and perfectly. He saved me hundreds and I am very satisfied still. It’s been months and it is working flawlessly. Highly recommend.
