Edit April 2026 I have called on Workman Plumbing multiple times for indoor plumbing, and found their work excellent with slightly higher prices but within reason. I had a bad experience with them when they looked at my French Drain system and were not knowledgable to fully examine the system and answer my questions.

Took a leap of faith with Workman Plumbing after seeing Matt Workman’s ad on Nextdoor, where he shared his background working for small family plumbing businesses along with his values and work ethic. That really stood out to me.

After years of paying service call fees without getting the issue resolved, I came across Workman Plumbing’s ad last week.
I called and left a message explaining that I needed the freeze-protected spigot and hose splitter replaced since the pool filler was attached to one of the hose bibs. Their recording even provided a number where I could text photos and details of the issue, which I appreciated. I sent a photo of the spigot and pool filler setup along with an explanation of the leak.
Christopher came out today and immediately understood the problem. He removed the old spigot from the wall and replaced it with a new freeze-protected spigot and hose splitter. He also noticed the pool filler hose was missing a gasket, replaced that gasket, and added a new gasket to our hose as well. Once everything was reconnected to the new spigot, the leak was gone and everything worked perfectly.
There was a minor miscommunication regarding the call-out fee and the quoted repair price, but Christopher immediately contacted Matt to clarify everything. Matt then called me personally and explained that the call-out fee would be waived if the work was completed the same day. Christopher was proactive in making sure everything was explained clearly, including that the call-out fee only applies if they need to return later to complete the repair. I really appreciated how quickly and professionally they handled the misunderstanding.
It was such a relief to finally find a plumber who could correctly diagnose and fix the issue. Christopher was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate the excellent service and would absolutely recommend Workman Plumbing.

Workman plumbing came highly recommended on my neighborhood Facebook group. After a TERRIBLE experience with Dallas Plumbing and Air-conditioning in Dec 2024, the same thing they "fixed" for 20k started happening this week. I called Workman plumbing this morning at 8:33am and at 9:10am Matt (the owner and absolutely best person) was at our door with 2 trucks. They got to work, gave me honest opinions on the options and cleared all my lines. I will never use another company and honestly cannot wait to have to call them again.
