Dropped my iPhone 8 Plus in a puddle, after which the handset was displaying water damage on the screen, and the Home Button was inoperative. This place had my phone repaired/working within 36 hours, the Home Button is fully functioning again, and I’ve yet to find anything on the phone that isn’t working. Was quoted £80 for the repair, however the chap only charged me £65 when it came to pay - happy with the service received, would recommend.
Amazing service. My iPhone 12 screen failed last night due to hairline crack and Alfridi was able to fix it at 9am this morning, New Years Eve, and replace the battery for me at the same time, in less than an hour. All good now, first class friendly service and very fair prices - highly recommended, Mark
Chap i spoke to was friendly and fast. However: installed the wrong size phone protector which didnt cover the full screen, left dust under the protector too. Didn't tell me a price up front, just ripped open the product which made me feel obliged to purchase. Also doesnt take card CASH ONLY or bank transfer is only payment options (this is displayed very clearly but still would have been nice to have been told too). Have since removed the screen protector and installed my own that is the appropriate size.
Previously had amazing service here, used to be a 'proper' repair shop where they would do all manner of hardware and software diagnosis and repairs. I can only assume that there has been a change of hands because it now resembles a standard phone shop where they can only do hardware repairs (screens, buttons etc) only. Don't get me wrong, the man serving was pleasant enough and after having a quick look sent me on my way without a charge, but i was disappointed that they were unable to resolve the issue.
