Our experience was very good. The showroom was nice, clean and professionally set up for it's size. A sales manager approached us very quickly and answered all our questions satisfactory. We noticed rebates and sales on models and accessories that didn't apply to what we were purchasing so he tossed in the Blower unit for free. The stove arrived at the store in three days. The only discouraging thing to report is that a 'basic' delivery cost $100 and is slow in coming as they are very busy.

We always have a wonderful experience with this company. Jordan is a delight, so knowledgeable, and so helpful. We learn something new every year when he does our cleaning. We’ve been happy with their pellets and service year after year.

The entire experience was fantastic! Most professional installation I have seen in a very long time. Not a spec of dust left behind! After the installation they took me through how to operate the new Jotul DV370.
