I had a tough time with my freezer not working, so I called this company for help. The technician came right on time, found the issue quickly, and fixed it within an hour. He also shared great ideas to maintain the appliance, and the service fee was very fair. Highly recommended!
Positives: They sent a technician the next day, and they were on time in the delivery window. Everything else didn't go well. I was significantly overcharged for the service visit, which didn't fix the refrigerator. The technician took 2 personal calls while he was talking to me. I wouldn't mind that usually, but on top of everything else not going well, it didn't seem professional. He also didn't put the back of the fridge together correctly (only used 2 of the screws), and left the water line dangling out to the side of the fridge. Wolf reached out to see how it went, and I said it didn't fix the problem. They scheduled a follow up v...
