I have no idea who is writing these reviews. My experience has been nothing but a train wreck. 4 years ago they installed my gas logs. The unit is enclosed requiring a special tool to open. The week before Thanksgiving we tried turning them on, nothing. Contacted them and they showed up the 2nd week of December. Unfortunately they were unable to light it because of build up caused by the placement of the logs. I reminded them that they had installed the logs. The unit cost over $4,500. Several replacement parts had to be ordered. The estimate was an additional $2,500!! We had to bite the bullet & give them half of the money down. WNC Chimney is now called Warmstead. They did major work on my two fireplaces completely relining one and converting the other one to an awesome electric fireplace that looks amazing. Also, a lot of masonry on the outside portion of the chimney was completed flawlessly. My chimney was a mess and not safe before they came and I wanted the job done right. I now know I can safely use my fireplace for many years to come. Everyone who I dealt with at Warmstead was knowledgeable and courteous. They are busy for a reason, so get on the schedule if you need work.

Tony and Mitch were awesome! I got an email the day before the appointment and a text message telling me their ETA. Tony climbed on my roof to look at the chimney and they got into my fireplace to inspect its condition. We walked through the house and discussed various options and the condition of my fireplace and chimney. I really appreciated their kindness and with their patience in explaining to me some options. They even cleaned some leaves off of my roof which I really appreciated (I have a very steep roof). Tony said he'd get back to me on Thursday with an estimate because he's got to consult with a mason. I appreciated their timeliness...Tony and Mitch were awesome!
