WM - Shenandoah Valley Hauling (Martinsburg)

Called ordered a 2 yard dumpster. Said someone's will come out look at the property. No one came. Called back. Gave me the run around about able to turn around. My husband brings in heavy equipment all the time. On Tractor trailers too. But I said yes where we want it there's plenty of space to maneuver. Said delivery that friday. Friday came and went, Called again. Said the guy came on Thursday to drop it off but was unsafe. But yet no one shows up on camera. It was all just a complete waste of time.

Very disappointing service. Roll-off has been rescheduled 3 times without any notification. Pickup delayed multiple times. Billing makes no sense. Tried to deliver another dumpster after I had cancelled. Almost impossible to reach a person. Online, phone app, and text messages don't always agree in what is planned. One of the worst experiences I have ever had.

WM helped us in our time of need. My father had passed and we needed to clear out his garage. They informed us that they were busy the week that we needed their biggest bin but were able to send it out to our house without a hassle. We appreciate WM and definitely will call upon them in very near future.

Better talk to that driver on nipetown road almost ran me over this morning

It would be really nice if those of us that live near the Martinsburg wv facility would not have to be subjected to empty trucks running idle in the parking lot for hours at a time. The noise is unbearable and makes it hard to even have your windows open.
