My grddaughters I phone screen cracked and the phone went black . I called to see if we could walk in . The store was very nice organized and clean . It took under 30 minutes and we were back in business . Great customer service!!! I'll definitely be using them again !!

Great customer service.. I was able to sign up for Spectrum Home Internet here. Truly a one stop shop for all your internet and wireless needs.

Phone wouldn't charge. Brought it in, the man at the counter told me it'd either be 40$ to clean it or 80$ to replace the charging port. Came back 30 minutes later turned out it only needed to get cleaned now my phone charges fine. Honest, and easy. And it only took 30 minutes. Will be returning for any of my future phone problems.

Great store with incredibly honest people working there! I came in after trying to replace my own screen, but was met with failure after the touchscreen was not responsive. I took it in to the store and they could have easily taken advantage of me and charge me $100 for a repair, but instead, she just fixed it on the spot (Needed a simple reboot ) free of charge. If I ever need any cell phone repairs or hear of anyone that does, this is the place I am recommending!
