I had an excellent experience with Winston’s. I wanted a new wood stove installed from scratch and found a modern wood stove I wanted online. Other local companies tried to steer me towards their preferred vendors which have the old-fashioned, classic-looking stoves, as do most that are made in the USA, but Winston’s came out, checked my space, and sent me an estimate with the stove I chose. I worked with Ryan Hall and Genesys for the order and pre-installation work, and my installers, Daniel and Sadit, were absolutely meticulous. They arrived on time, always had a vacuum running to suck up the dust etc that comes from drilling a hole in both...I had an excellent experience with Winston’s. They covered my furniture, worked very efficiently, and answered all of my questions. Winston’s was not the lowest estimate I got, but they were able to get the stove I wanted, worked with me to make minor mods to the proposal, and got the stove installed quickly, cleanly, and correctly. Even though it was 80 degrees yesterday we started a small fire just to check. I’m looking forward to many years of winter fires in this stove, and I highly recommend Winston’s to anyone looking for a new wood stove installation.

John Will and Kevin worked on my gas log installation. They carefully installed the new logs and connected them to existing gas line. They showed me how to light them up and shut them down. They gave info about battery usage and replacement of battery info. They are professional at their jobs, very respectful of property and knowledgeable. My new gas logs are beautiful and my husband and I are very pleased. I also look forward to working with Winston’s Chimney Service in the future for annual inspections. I would also like to thank Genesis again, project manager, on my chimney/gas log job. She is prompt to respond and answer any questions I...John Will and Kevin worked on my gas log installation. Winston’s service was awesome! The quote beat the competition and the customer service was great…kind, professional, and responsive. The crew that came out to the house covered all of our furniture, made sure to clean up any mess, and were very courteous. Jason, the lead, is a great communicator and answered all of our questions. We had two chimneys relined and repointed. The work looks great and we have enjoyed a few evening fires already. I would recommend Winston’s for your chimney needs!
