Our first time working with Winn's Plumbing. Technician arrived to evaluate 2 concerns. He determined the flush mechanism with a commercial toilet needed a rebuild. Second issue was noise when flushing a toilet which required finding the cause taking two people. Second visit, the rebuild kit was installed. Second technician arrived and troubleshooting began. The felt it was being caused by pressure so an adjustment was made and noise is resolved. I was impressed with the discussion, teamwork and work performed.

I had the most amazing experience I didn't expect to get; a plumber experienced with reptiles! He even joined my Channels and also helped assist the Appliance Company that sent the wrong order. They even knew right away that my meter was broken on the city line. when the water company arrived it turned out to be an emergency. If your looking for Plumbers that know how to spot major issues spot on, also give you a great price with great personalities then this is your company. You wont call a different company after they leave. Even the receptionist is great!

We had Owen come over to our house to fix a leak in our whole-house water filtration system, and we couldn’t be happier with the service. He was extremely kind, professional, and knowledgeable, and he took the time to explain everything clearly. Owen was courteous, efficient, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. It’s rare to find someone so genuine and pleasant to work with. We truly appreciate his help and would highly recommend him to anyone needing plumbing or water filtration service

The gentleman that came to my house was great. The price of 300 bucks is a joke. I’m a senior citizen on a fixed income. Maybe you should give a discount to senior citizen and veterans. I may not use your services again because of the astronomical amount.

Had a great experience with Winn’s. They came out to my house very quickly, and Daniel was very knowledgeable and informed me on what was going on with my PRV and showed me the readings from his gauges so I could see the before and after water pressure after my PRV was replaced. The price was actually less than I was expecting. Would definitely work with Winn’s again.

Our shower fixture broke in the evening and we couldn’t turn the water off to shower and were, instead, forced to turn off the water to the whole house. I called Winn first thing the next morning and they were able to rearrange their schedule to get a tech out to us by 9:30 am. The tech, Owen, quickly identified that a cartridge in the fixture was broken and had it fixed within 2 hours. Owen was very professional and courtesy and answered all of our questions. Would definitely use Winn Plumbing and Owen for any future needs.

Travis was excellent. Not only did he just replace my damaged shower fixture, but he also checked the pipes and tested for any leaks. Very professional. Highly recommended.

5 star service for entire process. Katlyn was excellent in coordinating Daniel to service our issue on the same day I called. Daniel went above and beyond in taking care of the issue. Prompt, courtesy and gracious! Highly recommend.
