Over the course of a year we have fallen in love with Window Decor and cannot say enough about the company and its products. Starting in April of 2024 my wife and I decided we needed a motorized shade to shield us from the blinding evening sun on the new deck and patio we were designing. I contacted six firms within a 100 mile radius of our house and settled on Window Decor after meeting Charlie. I have worked with Window Decor in the past and they have fantastic customer service as well as quality products. They came out to measure to give me a quote and then came out another time to ensure that all measurements were accurate for the order. Once the order was in, the installation crew came out and introduced themselves and what they were going to do. They were courteous, efficient and installed the shutters quickly. They took away all of the packaging materials, vacuumed up any dust or debris and returned any furniture back in place. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I cannot speak highly enough of this company. Richard, our salesperson, was responsive and helped bring our vision, as laymen, to a reality. Our home closing wasn't made official until it was down to the wire, so they brought temporary shades the day of our close so we could still reside in our home with privacy. We didn't even have to wait a week for the install. The team that came out was absolutely fantastic. Most professional installation we have ever experienced.
