It’s because of Shandall and Susan that Window world gets a 5 Star rating from me. I had a terrible experience with Jeff, an installer. BUT…… Susan put me in touch with Shandall and am I ever glad she did. Susan handles everything with grace in the office and does most if not all solo. ( She makes me want to help her) 💜. Although she has her plate full, she still took the time to communicate with me and made me feel like I was the only person she had to deal with that day. Shandall came to my house to talk to look at my windows after the horrific incident with Jeff. He spent at least an hour with me and calmed the situation tremendously. Shandall came to my house to talk to look at my windows after the horrific incident with Jeff. He spent at least an hour with me and calmed the situation tremendously. Then he noticed that some of my windows weren’t made right, so he put in the order to replace them. He came back to install them himself bc he wanted to make sure they were right. He kept his word. A rare thing now days. When that was completed, he knew that me and my two sisters were struggling to hang something. He took the time, went the extra 25 miles to help. The good outweighed the bad because of Shandall and Susan. Thanks ya’ll. Window World will get my business again as long as these folks are there.

Our Windows and doors are fine, however since September we have had an issue with our screen door. The repair person came out, said they would order the parts and be back to repair it. I called after a month, parts had not been ordered, I understand there was a family issue with the parts person that was ordering, so no worries, I can understand that. Finally got the parts ordered and it's now the end of October first part of November, he came out to replace the parts. He couldn't do it here so took it back to the shop, it's now basically January, no screen door and whenever I call, I get, I'll check with the installer and get back with you....Our Windows and doors are fine, however since September we have had an issue with our screen door. I'm beyond FRUSTRATED. At this point I just want my screen door back and will try and find another place to order one from, even though that will cost me more money. I need more windows replaced but will be looking for another window company, strictly because of the customer service. The windows and doors themselves are fine. I worked in customer service for over 30 years and know the importance of communication.

I have dealt with a lot of window companies over the years as a manager. Window World is the best out there. I have Window world windows in my home as well. I have a 4 bedroom home & an electric bill of $71.00. Like I said, "Window World is the Best". Screens are always fixed for free as well. Just take them off. Take them in & they repair & call you when they are done.
