Scotty took the time to explain the why behind all his recommendations. And Scott and his team completed a fabulous install. We were beyond impressed with everyone we worked with. And, one of the windows panes cracked in the severe cold snap that happened immediately after install and one call and one picture sent and they ordered us a warranty replacement right away.
