I needed a front arch window for my home and I called Window World. From the 1st initial call to have someone come out to access the window, up until the installation day, everything was exceptional. We had new windows installed, and 2 screens were slightly damaged. The follow up care was excellent, and the fellow who was scheduled to exchange the screens was punctial and very personable. He also showed us, if we ever wanted, how to remove and place back the screens. We are happy with our new windows and the service. I really appreciate a company that offers prompt continued support for any issues that may arise.

We had a great experience with the installation with our windows. They had the old ones out and the new ones in no time. The longest part was placing the new sheet metal around the frame. The crew was polite and courteous. Everything was clean after everything was completed. I have nothing negative to say.
