I had a window repaired. They came out did an estimate to fix the window, repaired the top pane and then said the bottom is still broke. I paid $300 for the repair. I should have been informed both needed to be repaired and the total cost when they came to provide an estimate to fix the window. Why would I want only the top repaired? I could have just gotten a brand new window installed.
