The one star review sounds like that was the reviewers problem. I have dealt with Wilson's Computer Repair twice now and both times the interactions were very professional and quick. Never had a problem from devices repaired, and charges have been fully explained. One of the better, honest repair services in Columbus.
I took my computer there earlier today and had my issue resolved in a few minutes. It was a temporary fix to get me through until I have free time to go through the full repair but I really appreciated having my issue addressed to let my computer be functional! Thank you so much for your friendly customer service and amicable nature!
Wilson is awesome! Got a “swamp monster” out of my iPhone 13 Pro Max. Check this guy out and avoid the overpriced iFix stores in Walmart.
