I cannot even tell you how many times I have had a personal crisis and a member of Willis Mechanical has called me directly and walked me through a potential fix before sending a service person. My summer would be completely different without their help.
Professionally, they repaired the chiller in my office building on a super hot summer day. They were incredibly fast, protected our floors etc and kept things neat and fixed everything in record time. And the kicker? The two other companies we looked at said it couldn't be done in less than two weeks. 12 hours later... Willis Mechanic...Willis Mechanical is my Go-To cooling and air company!!! I was in a pinch when our brewery chiller went out on a busy Saturday which meant warm beer. Daniel got someone over to our space quickly to bandaid the issue. Unfortunately it was a pricy bandaid, and it quickly fell off. I was upset that I was out a few thousand dollars just to hold us over for 24 hours. I had another technician come in from a different company and disagree with the way they fixed things. It became a pointing fingers situation, but ended up costing me another few thousand dollars with the second technician to get us by until replacing the entire unit.
