A cautionary tale:
Their sign says we buy gold all day. I asked them for an offer on a 10kt gold men’s class ring. They offered $192. I rejected their offer and immediately FedExed the ring for free to Express Gold Cash and was paid $502.50.
Luckily I weighed the ring and did a rough calculation of the value of the gold before I talked to Williams so I knew their offer was ridiculous.
Williams offering $192 for gold that was worth $502.50 to another buyer I feel is definitely not the action of a trustworthy business.

I’m sad I couldn’t keep my business local and be treated fairly.
