We had a great experience today with our plumber, Pedro. He helped us select a new hot water heater and explained a variety of options for us. When we chose a pretty basic option, he did not push or try to sell us on a more expensive unit. He even installed it the same day. They took great care not to damage the walls and carpets taking out the old unit and installing the new one. I felt like the price was reasonable and less than I had been bracing myself for.

Javier and Camden were great to work with! They clearly communicated pricing, issues, resolutions, and had full transparency. We greatly appreciated their thoroughness with fixing our piping and bathtub facet leak. Anything we needed, they were able to accommodate, especially with setting up and sealing the access door in our closet.
This was their second visit and we'd be happy to have them again.

He took the time to answer all my questions and offered helpful feedback. The pricing was very fair for the quality and amount of work completed—something I truly appreciated as an educator.
