Terrible communication, they don't do the repairs themselves they farm it out to someone else. 4 weeks of back and forth, and I'm no closer to getting an estimate or a scheduled time slot to have it looked at. Going elsewhere.

Michael may be an experienced technician in his repairs but his skillset in communicating with potential customers needs A LOT of work. I had acquired an antique bed that belonged to my grandparents(one of which is now gone) that needed some various repairs. After speaking to Michael about what I wanted to look into have done, he told me that it was not a logical idea to repair this. That I would be spending hundreds of dollars to repair a bed when I could just go and purchase a new bed saving both time(his) and money. He said that was not interested in helping me and wouldn't refer me to anyone else upon asking. While it may not be 'logical... He said that was not interested in helping me and wouldn't refer me to anyone else upon asking. While it may not be 'logical' in a monetary sense, this bed has so much more sentimental value that can never be replaced with or without his help. So needless to say, I WILL find someone who is willing to help and give them my money instead of this company. Treating people with respect should be a business's number one priority and this company missed their mark.
They are locally owned and send a technician with years of experience to do on-site repair. Great company!
They have repaired two large cherry tables for us and made them look better than new. Was inexpensive too compared to other quotes. A+ quality and price
