My experience with Wiggs Auto Shop was exceptional. Every staff member I spoke with was respectful, knowledgeable, and professional. They gave me real, honest feedback about my vehicle and didn’t try to price gouge or push unnecessary repairs, which I really appreciated.
They also let me know I need new tires… which I guess explains why my car has been feeling like it’s ice skating down the road lately. 😅
Overall, great service and honest people. It’s hard to find a shop you can trust, but this is definitely one of them. I highly recommend them. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This shop is amazing very friendly and very efficient. They are very fair in their pricing for services and I thought it was really awesome. How they have Bibles in their waiting area and actually give you one if you ask for it. As a I watched a lady ask and receive one from the front desk. Love how they spread the word of God.

What a great company I’m new in town and was looking for a small automotive business to get my car repaired and do standard maintenance when needed. I had received a few coupons in the mail from Wiggs and needed an oil change and a few other little things checked out on my car. They were so great to work with gave me prices upfront when I ask and did a lot of small needed maintenance to my car. I think the price was very reasonable for everything they did. They are very friendly, just what I was looking for.

I still have to have the recall done but meanwhile, I went by Wiggs to make an appointment and get a price on a few things I wanted done to my car. I really love a family own business, that respects and values their customers, and a business that really appreciates their customers. I have found that in Wiggs. Cheyenne was very personable and friendly as was everyone else I spoke to at Wiggs.
I would highly recommend this business.

I brought my vehicle in for a repair and was told the issue was fixed. I paid in full and left expecting everything to be resolved. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed at all.
After I contacted the shop, the owner (Mike) had me bring the vehicle back in. I took the time to return, but the issue still was not corrected. At that point, I felt the situation was being mishandled and that there was no real accountability for the work I had already paid for.
I ended up disputing the charge through my bank and won after providing documentation, including receipts and timestamps. I recommend that anyone doing business here keep detailed records...I brought my vehicle in for a repair and was told the issue was fixed. I paid in full and left expecting everything to be resolved. Unfortunately, the problem was not fixed at all.

I’m giving 2 stars for the clean facility and for the staff initially being polite. However, the repeated failure to complete the repair as promised, along with the lack of ownership over the situation, was extremely disappointing.
As a disabled Marine Corps veteran, I value honesty and integrity, and I didn’t feel that was demonstrated here. I do forgive those involved and truly hope the company improves moving forward. Happy New Year.
