They were able to tow my vehicle to the shop and quickly locate the parts needed for my transmission rebuild, which came with a 1-year warranty. Those parts of the experience were smooth. Unfortunately, the communication was a major issue. I was often told I’d get a call back, but I rarely did, and my vehicle sat for quite a while before they even began the work. They only handle transmissions, and while they caused additional work to be needed, they wouldn’t fix it themselves. The upside is they referred me to another shop that was excellent. took my car to them to get fixed man didnt do nothing but play in my car and get 2000 talking about electrical problems and stuff dude a rip off man dont even bother with these people

This is mixed review I've had 2 car's transmissions repaired there, but I had to take both of them back 3 times also my cars was were kept way too long. They both had one year warranty but it's never what he fixed. They secretary is very rude that's a entirely different story I wish she had her own review she wouldn't get a star from me at all.. 04/09/24 Brandon and I had a long talk he made things right we just had to hear each other out.
