Jose provided a bid pretty quickly. Bid seemed very reasonable. I hesitated a bit but ultimately decided to move forward with the repair. Jose and his team were professional and the repair work was completed within a couple days of my approval. Work was very well done. Would use them again.
Jose at White Rock Roofing did a great job! We had some needed roof repair he was able to take care of on a steep part of our two story home that was a bit difficult to access. Jose was able to take pictures with a drone to confirm the damage, then access it to do all the necessary repairs. He even called me a couple weeks later to follow up and make sure I was still satisfied with the work! He did a great job, and I was impressed. Not to mention, he charged a very reasonable rate. I will call White Rock Roofing in the future if anything else comes up.

Fantastic job, new roof, gutters, Lot of carpentry was needed and new metal. I am fussy, particular, and Jose and his team did a high quality job. Bit the key reason to choose Jose and WRR is that he’s an expert on claims and works extremely well with my insurance company. Jose got us $20k more than we expected.

They responded to our inquiry immediately and were out to do a quote right after we made contact. Here is a perfect example of their attention to detail and customer service: When Jose realized that one vent didn't get painted to match the newly installed vents--EVEN THOUGH this vent was an OLD vent, on a section of roof that White Rock Roofing didn't replace--he sent someone to paint it the next day, so all hardware on the entire roof are the same color. We can't recommend White Rock Roofing strongly enough.
We had a great experience with these guys. They were very quick to asses, provide a quote, and offer a game plan. They showed us what was necessary today vs. what was optional and preventative, and provided a very reasonable price. I would highly recommended them.
