White Front Shop

The parts ordered weren't what I was led to believe they would be, they took months to do the work, and they broke a ground off that not only causes the rear lights to not work properly but appears to have burnt out hundreds of dollars worth of offroad lights. When I let them know I was having issues, they repeatedly said none of the issues were their fault and did not offer any help. The second time I drove a ujoint failed, causing the rear driveshaft to fall off on the highway an hour away from home. I would definitely give 0 stars if it were allowed.

White Front Garage has had my truck for 2 1/2 months its started with a clunking noise..Ein said i need a new front end $6000.. ok ... did not fix it, Ein said i need new torsion bars another $1900...ok.. still did not fix it i told him im not paying another $1900 so we agreed on $1378 cash with no tax added.. ended up being loose tranfercase mount bolts TOTALLY MISS DIAGNOSED THE PROBLEM!!!! went up for third time different clunk in the front end he refused to address the problem i told him he screwed me out of $7300 he said quote ( i would scew you for more if I could) my truck is at another shop fixing their por workmanship...I am taking t... These guys are great. Especially the new owner. Real straight shooter and knows his stuff. They are quick too, custom u bolts while you wait. Don’t have enough good things to say. Thanks guys.

After having new front end components installed, an alignment was required which they performed. After the alignment, my vehicle was rubbing and make noises while turning the steering wheel. They could not properly diagnose the issue or determine where the noise/rubbing was coming from. I had to take my vehicle to Toyota for a diagnosis and to have the alignment done properly and correctly after the shop's botched attempt. Additionally, during the the front end work, they broke a CV axle in my vehicle. I ended up spending an additional $300 for the diagnosis and alignment that I should not have had to.
