Absolutely horrible company! The technicians are nice but accounting and management are a disaster. They installed a garbage disposal switch that broke the next day. The came demanding payment NYC mob style without a proper invoice. Never told us once it was COD prior to the day after install. Came back multiple times, without fixing it demanding payment each time when it still didn’t work. Took them 2 months to finally fix it and harass daily for payment even to the point of coming to your business threatening you. Stay away!!! Bad business practice. You ever heard of invoices?!?

Our family has owned a well established restaurant in Murrells Inlet for 75 years as well as started many others in the Myrtle Beach area. I asked Eco Lab who we should use for our older dish washer service and they recommended Whaley. First, let me say this has nothing to do with the technicians themselves. They’re nice and accommodating. They came to replace a motor and after 3 hours of labor the new motor was dead. They showed up at noon the next day to reinstall. So we ran a 600 customer night with one motor and had to bring in an extra employee to cover the need to spray off dishes since the rinse cycle was out. So we ran a 600 customer night with one motor and had to bring in an extra employee to cover the need to spray off dishes since the rinse cycle was out. When it came down to paying the bill I asked if we could be billed for our accountant and they said no, it had to be paid upfront… first off, no one would talk to me higher up personally on the phone and I was never given an invoice in person. The charges for travel and freight should have been adjusted for the inconvenience. 1900 for one day down and no good customer service in my opinion is ridiculous. Lesson learned- stick to who you know…
