Great store but in an unusual location. Which I actually like as it is always easy to park and there are no crowds like at a mall. And they always have a varied selection that is nice to look at. And the prices are so reasonable.
Polite, Professional, very knowledgable and Fair priced. The variety of items and different levels of prices. You can find Fine items, Large stones or Large settings, antique, to costume pieces. I believe anyone can find what they want. Plus remade earrings from screw on to pierce for me. It's worth the drive for me. Thank You!

I ran into a problem with silver coins I purchased though a bullion dealer. Laurel was scanning coins I was looking to sell on her XFR analyzer and found 4 of my coins contained very little silver even though they were stamped .999. I contacted the seller and they accepted the metals scanner that Westgate jewelers utilizes as proof on my end that the coins were questionable. I've been reimbursed by the seller and have high praise for Laurel and Westgate jewelers for their professional business knowledge and guidance throughout the process!
