Wind storm caused garage door to act wonky. Called for advice and was helped without question and he was very understanding. We have used a competitor many years ago and did not get this level of help when we paid for the work! And here he was, taking time to walk us through a DIY!! What a great guy and apparently a great company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
My garage door always made miserables sounds from the time I bought my house almost two years ago. Then it happened -- it closed partially on one side and not the other. When my daughter and I tried to adjust it, the whole door fell sideways and a couple of rollers fell off. I had a terrible feeling that the repair would cost a fortune, and that any contractor I called would say, "Yeah, we'll be out sometime in November." I called Josh and he came out that afternoon!! He was able to repair what I had, and didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary parts, etc. He worked in the garage for about an hour and now my garage door is not only fixed, but...
