I’ve had automatic gates on my property for over twenty years, and in that time I’ve learned how difficult it is to find reliable gate service here in Jackson. Over the years, I’ve dealt with multiple companies for repairs and replacements, but the last six months were the worst—working with a company that was absolutely terrible. They wouldn’t return texts or calls promptly, always had excuses like “the part was lost in the mail,” and left me without functioning gates for over half a year. We called looking for some fence post that were 3 inch OD and Ricky had them in stock and cut them for us to pick up. They saved our skins by having them in stock!
