A-lot of businesses could learn a thing or two by this company’s customer service. Weststates customer service has an old school fundamental approach and is quite remarkable. Albert is as good as they come, and everyone I encounter there is awesome.
This place is the best! Super knowledgeable and helpful staff and they had a part I needed that no other shop in town carried (I'm talking big box stores, hardware stores and other plumbing supply stores). These guys are lifesavers! Highly recommend.
I just went there and the one guy didn't even want to help and look up the part I need and was being jerk ....I went back and talk to the owner he was awsome guy got my part thanks bo for your help we need more people like you!
