Just had a new well drilled. Steve and his crew were great. They actually got my well started a day ahead of schedule. The price was fair with a 5 year parts and labor warranty. I would recommend West Pump and Well service to anyone needing pump service or well drilling.
The guys that came out to put a new pump in were AMAZING! They were kind, friendly and helpful! I had lots of questions and was very curious what the pump looked like. I stayed out and watched on and off and they weren’t rude when answering my questions or made me feel stupid about any of the questions! I live in clay county and was very happy when I found out that they service this area! Hands down best pump and well people in our area!! They even apologized for messing up our yard-cause they was digging a big hole involved-my reply to that was I didn’t care about the grass. I just want water! Highly recommend this company! I called this morning and they were at my house within an hour! They found the problem as to why I had no water and fixed it right away! Also very knowledgeable, answered questions and were kind and considerate. Did I mention a real person picked up the phone when I called? 5+ Stars
