I rented a lens at west photo. The rental fee was very affordable. There was a deposit but that was expected since I’ve never rented here before. The best part about my experience at West Photo was the worker that helped me. He was EXTREMELY knowledgeable and so willing to share his knowledge with me. What an amazing customer experience. 💯 RECOMMEND!
100/10. Reasonable price & amazing customer service! I have spoke with numerous of their employees and all have been inviting, kind & willing to explain and help you learn! They also have rentals which are very reasonable pricing and super helpful when you brake 2 lenses at a wedding 😭😭😭 I have spoken with Ryan on multiple occasions and he has been amazing. I cannot say enough good things. Because of these employees I will be a faithful customer! I hope this company values them because they are the reason for us customers coming back!
